Late Arrivals
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment. Plan your special time out and ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits and pleasure of pampering.

Booking Cancellations
As treatments are especially reserved for you, 24 hours notice of cancellations is kindly requested (48 hours for bookings on weekends or public holidays). Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full price of the treatment being charged. All bookings must be secured with a credit card.No-shows without notice will be charged at 100% of the booking value.
